Join us for a powerful, all-day celebration honoring Indigenous Peoples Day at Lake Riley Lodge in Cobbs Hill! From sunrise ceremony to sunset closing, the day will be filled with vibrant cultural experiences—music, dancing, storytelling, craftmaking, guest speakers, Native vendors, and educational activities for all ages.

Come learn, celebrate, and stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities.

Indigenous Peoples' Day 2024

Save the date for our third annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day celebration.
Event Details:

  • Sunrise Ceremony 7 am White Pine Tree of Peace, Northeast side of Cobbs Hill Reservoir near The Grove

  • Main Celebration begins 11 am Genesee Valley Park Roundhouse shelter with demonstrations, displays and performances all day

  • Sunset Ceremony 6 pm by the Genesee River
